Pick a period, and compare with last year
Day Book and Sales Register now have This month, Last month and financial-year buttons, and monthly sales compare with the same month a year earlier.
Give staff a limited view
Owners can now give a salesperson or collections clerk their own view, which never receives the figures they are not entitled to. Each view is encrypted separately.
Cost centres, godowns and batches
Three optional screens for books that use them, including batch expiry. Off until you turn them on.
Lock the app, and get alerts
An optional PIN to open the app instead of the passphrase, and alerts for overdue bills and stale figures. Also share a statement on WhatsApp and export any report to a spreadsheet.
